Managing your data and privacy settings.
This page explains the controls available in Tunndu and how to contact us about your personal information. Our Privacy Notice provides the full explanation of what we process, why we process it, who receives it and how long we retain it.
You can use the available controls in the App to:
Do not enter bank or provider passwords, PINs, security codes or other credentials that could enable access to your financial accounts.
You choose which trusted contacts to authorise and manually provide them with a sharing code.
Sharing is not configurable by category. Each authorised recipient can view the information included in your recorded shared legacy profile.
You can revoke future access through the App’s Share section by removing a contact or switching off their authorisation setting. Revocation prevents further profile retrieval through the App, but does not remove screenshots or other copies the recipient has independently retained.
Inactivity does not automatically grant access to your profile.
You can remove individual records using the controls in the App. Removed content is excluded from shared-profile retrieval and follows the deletion process described in our Privacy Notice.
You can delete your account from the App’s Profile screen. Account deletion removes your authentication account and associated application records through our account-deletion process. It does not immediately erase information held separately in backups, diagnostic systems, purchase platforms or support correspondence.
See the Privacy Notice for the applicable retention periods and exceptions.
If you have an active subscription, manage it separately through the app store where you purchased it. Deleting your account or uninstalling the App does not necessarily cancel that subscription.
Subscription expiry does not, by itself, delete your account or recorded information.
Recipient access continues for a 30-day grace period after the subscription ends, then pauses until renewal. Your core record-management features remain available without a subscription.
We use measures including encryption in transit, infrastructure-level encryption at rest, authentication controls and access restrictions.
Tunndu does not provide end-to-end encryption.
If you enable biometric sign-in, your device performs the biometric check. Tunndu does not receive or store your fingerprint or facial template. You can disable biometric sign-in using the available settings in the App.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Agreement to our Terms is separate from consent to personal-data processing. You do not need to delete your account to withdraw a separately given consent.
Our Privacy Notice explains these rights, their conditions and how to complain to a supervisory authority.
For privacy questions or requests, email support@tunndu.com.
You do not need an active Tunndu account to contact us about your personal data.
